Good guestion, well the only other time Shakin´Stevens chose his own material and was allowed to record in total freedom Dynamite Records provided the facilities for Shakin´,and his backin group before he went solo : The sunsets, Shaky recorded these tracks, some from his stage act at that time and others just happened in the studio. As Shaky looks back on it and remembers : Well it was not only great fun doing them but also it´s the best record I ever did with The Sunsets and I still really love it. I mean, I look at this way : Elvis had his Sun-recordings and I have these recordings which I did for Dynamite Records. They kind of have the same feeling as the Sun-recordings because we aimed for the sound that once was; a classic sound that will never die. No matter what!
